Our belief is that we are all individual, and your jewellery should reflect that. We offer a service that allows you to choose your Diamond or Gemstone first, and then with our help, create a wonderful piece of jewellery, just for you.

STEP 2
Stone Selection
We have an extensive collection of premium hand selected rare diamonds, and natural gemstones to choose from. Alternatively we can source any stone or material within your desired style and budget. Every loose stone from our premium collection has been specially selected for its optimum quality, cut and colour.
STEP 3
Our Passion for Design
Most jewellery stores hand sketch individual designs for their customers. Unfortunately, this process only gives you a glimpse of what the finished piece might look like. At Bartlett Master Jewellers we take a more accurate approach to creating custom jewellery designs. Our state of the art system allows you to see every detail of your design from all angles with life-like metals and gemstones. Details can be seen on-screen and in scale.
Your new design will have all the accuracy and quality of a masterpiece. And you can see it all before it’s even made.
STEP 4
Our Craftsmanship & Workmanship
Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by our highly qualified and extensive experienced master jewellers.
Great attention to detail is taken with each part of the manufacturing process, using ancient and modern techniques and equipment to create the strongest, and most beautiful handmade jewellery pieces in Australia.
Our hand crafted manufacturing process can take between 3 – 7 weeks depending on the complexity of your design.

From Our Hands to Yours
Creating heirloom jewellery is our absolute pleasure.
On completion you will be presented with your dream jewellery design, to take home and enjoy for a lifetime.
All our bespoke pieces come with a lifetime warranty subject to inspections every 6 months.
