The Lot Number accompanying this product was not assigned to the individual polished stone. The Lot Number was applied to a parcel that included multiple rough-cut diamonds at the point of sale by Rio Tinto Diamonds NV.

All items in this category post purchase are made to order. With bespoke elements, some gemstones are cut to order and an estimated lead time will be communicated during the sale of these items.
For bespoke items or custom made orders, a 50% deposit is required before an order can be started. Full upfront payment is required for any special-order ready-to-wear jewellery, all after sale services, and for diamonds or coloured gemstones brought in from overseas for a specific order. Final payment is due on collection, however, if collection is delayed, the final payment must be made within two weeks of the agreed completion date. All goods remain the property of Bartlett Master Jewellers, until payment has been received in full.
